  • Our Day-Of Set Up Fees are $250/hour with a three hour minimum. An estimate of hours needed will be given prior to booking, and then the estimate will be confirmed or adjusted 30 days prior to event once scope of set up work is finalized.

Need some help setting up your rentals? For clients that rent their dishware and decor rentals from TCQ, we also offer set up as an optional add on service (subject to availability)! These services primarily revolve around setting up your event tablescapes with your chosen TCQ rentals, and can extend into tablecloth placement, napkin folding/knotting and placement, and place card placement as those tasks closely dovetail with our tablescape rental setup (Please note that although our team can handle the set up, the linens/place cards must be sourced elsewhere as we do not provide).

Our set up services are a premium service where every plate, goblet, flatware piece, candlestick, votive, and more is given individual attention by our set up team and placed to perfection while you sit back, relax, and wait to enjoy your event! Set up services do not include design creation and all set up details/diagrams needed must be provided by the client 30 days prior to the event.
