Position Details:

  • This is a part time position that works well around a full time job, other part time employment, or while attending school.

  • Available shifts fluctuate week to week, with more shifts being available during our busy Spring and Fall Peak Seasons.

  • Available shifts are usually weekend heavy, with some mid week shifts available as well.

  • “Shifts” are generally divided into “Day Shifts” and “Evening Shifts”. 

    • “Day Shifts” happen within the hours of 6am - 5pm, each shift scheduled to be 6 hours or less within that time frame.

    • “Evening Shifts” happen within the hours of 5pm - 3am, each shift scheduled to be 6 hours or less within that time frame.

  • Shift schedule is sent out three weeks in advance.


Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to properly and safely operate company vehicles (both vans and box trucks). *Training can be provided

  • Maintains a professional personal appearance

  • Positive demeanor and ability to work well with others

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Dependability and timeliness when scheduled for shifts

  • Ability to lift, carry, move, etc. for long periods of time


Position Responsibilities + Example Tasks (not an exhaustive list):

  • Efficiently and safely loading and unloading of company vans/trucks

  • Properly and safely operate company vehicles to deliver rental equipment to event locations

  • Assemble rental equipment on site when applicable

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while operating company vehicles.

  • Navigate delivery routes efficiently and arrive at destinations within scheduled timeframes.

  • Provide assistance with directions and traffic navigation as needed when you are the passenger.

  • Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup, addressing any client questions or concerns and representing the company in a professional manner.

  • Check fuel levels at the end of the shift and top up levels as needed


Compensation and Perks:

  • Delivery Team Leads are paid $20/hour for day shifts and $24/hour for evening shifts (W-2 Position)

Working Conditions: May be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area, except for time in the warehouse loading or unloading and drive time. Some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned. Stooping, crouching, bending, lifting, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting, and carrying are intermittent tasks that routinely occur.
